Prior to founding his groundbreaking personal technology start-up Wearsafe Labs, David was a technology and IP attorney in CT with over 15 years of experience representing mature and early-stage companies in the areas of mobile technology, software licensing and data privacy. Having handled extremely complex and large technology transactions for some of the largest and mature companies, David really enjoyed representing early-stage tech clients because of the more intimate role that he often assumed with their organizations. With a strong technology and legal background, David’s passion is in using technology to develop products that will make a difference in peoples’ lives. David is a frequent university lecturer and panelist on topics ranging from intellectual property, technology development and entrepreneurship.
