Diana Hughes is Senior Director for Personalized Learning Products at Age of Learning, Inc., where she helps create adaptive, game-based learning systems. She leads teams to create science-backed, evidence-centered products that deliver learning outcomes and spark a love of learning. Prior to Age of Learning, her work focused on developing games for children with special needs, including an empathy game for children on the autism spectrum, and a graphics-free game for blind and low-vision players. She has also developed training games for the United States Military. Diana holds a B.S in Multimedia from Bradley University and an MFA in Interactive Media from the University of Southern California.
