With experience in higher ed, the nonprofit sector, and corporate America, Noah Lomax brings a wide range of expertise to the consulting space. Prior to coming to HP, Inc., Noah served for six years in resident life, most recently as a Director of Student Activities and Leadership Development, and then led college internship programs in the nonprofit sector. He has managed global product portfolios and launches targeted at Millennials, and currently leads consumer social strategy for HP, Inc’s print division. Noah has studied how Millennials have developed, understands their drivers, and has a track record of transferring that knowledge into repeated business successes.

Noah’s coupling of expertise and humor has made him a sought after speaker at conferences, universities, and companies around the globe. He specializes on topics including understanding the opportunities and challenges of generational gaps in the workplace, applying Millennial insights to marketing and product development, helping legacy brands reach younger customers, and equipping companies to reach the next cohort: Gen Z.

He holds an M.A. in Counseling and a Master’s of Science in Executive Leadership from the University of San Diego.
