Sheila A. Millar is a partner at Keller and Heckman LLP, where she represents national and international businesses and trade associations on a variety of public policy and regulatory issues. Ms. Millar provides audit, compliance, enforcement defense, strategy and crisis management legal support on privacy, data security, cybersecurity, advertising and product safety matters. In the U.S., she represents clients in rulemaking and enforcement actions before agencies such as the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) and Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC).

Ms. Millar is a frequent speaker on regulatory and public policy matters, and has authored many articles. She is a long-time member of the Children’s Advertising Review Unit (CARU) Supporters Council, and also serves as one of the vice chairs of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Marketing and Advertising Commission. Ms. Millar actively works to advance advertising and privacy self-regulation on a global basis.
