Sheila A. Millar is a partner at Keller and Heckman LLP, where she represents businesses and trade associations on a variety of public policy and regulatory issues, including advertising, privacy, data security, and cybersecurity matters. Ms. Millar advises the Toy Association (TIA) on advertising and privacy issues, and is a long-time member of the Children’s Advertising Review Unit (CARU) Supporters Council. She also is a vice chair of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC) Marketing and Advertising Commission and chairs its Working Group on Sustainability. Ms. Millar is a graduate of Bryn Mawr College and the Washington College of Law of the American University. Ms. Millar is AV® PreeminentTM Rated by Martindale-Hubbell and has again been selected by her peers for inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America® 2018 for her work in practicing Advertising Law.
