Thomas Serval is founder/director of Baracoda Group, co-founder/chairman/CEO of connected toothbrush company Kolibree, and CEO of CareOS the first IoT platform for the connected bathroom. Baracoda Group, a French company, conceives, designs and produces connected products and services for preventive health and personal safety, augmenting function and use by collecting and analyzing data for public, tech and healthcare purposes. Serval holds 17 patents for connected objects and wireless technology. Previously held executive positions: Google’s Media Mobile & Platform Managing Director for SEEMEA; Microsoft France’s Director of Developer Platform and Ecosystem Division. Thomas is also founder/CEO of Savoirweb, an accelerator and holding company in IoT and big data. He graduated from Ecole Normale Supérieure, holds a Master in Business Law degree, an Engineering degree from French National School of Economics and Statistics (ENSAE), and a Ph.D. in Internet Economics from Harvard University.
